Application Consultant – HRM (Ref no: DWS-ACHRM-230220)

Responsibilities

  1. Specialize in Human Resource Management (HRM) solutions and/or related applications
  2. Perform business study and analysis, consultation, implementation, training, documentation, customer support and other related services

 

General Requirements

  1. Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Information Technology or related disciplines.
  2. Excellent communication, presentation and problem solving skills
  3. Proficient in written and spoken English and Chinese/Cantonese (Putonghua speaking is an advantage)
  4. Independent, initiative, mature, self-motivated, and result-oriented

 

Skill and Experience Requirements

  1. Minimum 1 years of relevant working experience in HRM, business management application or IT fields
  2. Experience in consultation, implementation and support of HRM software is a definite advantage

Responsibilities

  1. Promote and sell Data World’s Human Resources Management solution (HRMS)
  2. Develop targeted markets and generate business leads/opportunities for the HRM solution
  3. Plan, formulate, execute and manage sales strategies
  4. Manage and perform full sales cycle (prospect calling, lead generation and qualification, quotation and proposal preparation, solution demonstration and presentation, closing etc)
  5. Develop and manage relationship with customers, prospects, business partners and associates
  6. Achieve sales targets

 

General Requirements

  1. Degree or equivalent in Business Administration, Marketing, HR, IT or other related disciplines
  2. Strong network in IT fields and good relationship with customers in the different markets/industries
  3. Excellent communication, presentation, consultative selling skills
  4. Excellent negotiation and deal closing skills
  5. Good sales management and team leading skills

Experience Requirements

Responsibilities

  1. Build relationship and customer care for customers and generate more business opportunities
  2. Promote and sell Data World’s IT business management solutions (Financial / ERP / Manufacturing / CRM / HRM) and related services
  3. Prepare and manage quotations, proposals, and responses to tenders/RFP
  4. Perform solution presentation
  5. Perform sales/marketing activities such as seminars, workshops and prospect calling to generate more business leads

  8. Manage leads and report sales pipelines and forecast
