Skill and Experience Requirements

1. Minimum 1 years of relevant working experience in HRM, business management application or IT fields
2. Experience in consultation, implementation and support of HRM software is a definite advantage
3. Good application knowledge of HRM solutions for various industries and business natures is preferable
4. Applicant with less experience in implementation and support of HRM software but more experience in use or application of HRM solutions in business fields is also welcome

Responsibilities

1. Delivering implementation services and providing customer support for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations.
2. Conducting business studies and analyses, configuring systems, providing training, preparing documentation, managing User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and offering ongoing customer support and related services.

Skill and Experience Requirements

1. A minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience in IT business management solutions or IT fields, with at least 1 year of solid experience in consultation, implementation, and support of ERP/Accounting software.
2. Strong application knowledge of ERP/Accounting solutions across various industries and business sectors is preferable.
3. Experience with international ERP solutions (such as Microsoft Dynamics 365/AX/NAV/Business Central, Sage, Epicor, SAP, Oracle NetSuite) is advantageous.
4. Candidates with less experience in ERP/Accounting software implementation and support but significant experience in the practical use or application of such solutions in business fields (e.g., Accountancy, Supply Chain Management, Manufacturing, Engineering, etc.) are also encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

1. Assist Business Development Manager to take care and generate more business opportunities from existing customers and potential customers
2. Prepare and manage quotations and proposals
3. Perform sales/marketing activities such as prospect calling to generate more business leads and opportunities

General Requirements

2. Good communication and selling skills
3. Proficient in written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Putonghua)
4. Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Powerpoint

Experience Requirements

1. Minimum 1 years of experience in sales or promotion of IT or related solutions
2. Experience in ERP / HRM solutions is an advantage
3. Immediate availability is highly preferable
4. Experienced candidate can be promoted to Account Manager
